Roots acts as an intermediary and coordinator only. While we aim to facilitate high-quality partnerships, we do not guarantee campaign performance, engagement, sales outcomes, audience growth, or financial return.
All partnerships, campaigns, and commercial activities facilitated through Roots are undertaken at the parties’ own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted under New Zealand law, Roots shall not be liable for:

By accessing or using Roots services, website, communications, partnerships, or campaigns, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
Roots provides creator partnership, campaign facilitation, influencer marketing, and brand connection services within New Zealand.
Any creator, influencer, athlete, brand, or business introduced through Roots is considered a protected introduction.
Users may not bypass Roots to avoid commissions, fees, or involvement in partnerships introduced by Roots.
All invoices issued by Roots must be paid within the agreed payment timeframe.
Late payments may incur interest charges, recovery costs, and suspension of services.
All Roots branding, website materials, systems, graphics, and business materials remain the property of Roots unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Users agree not to:
Roots does not guarantee campaign success, audience growth, engagement, sales, or financial performance.
To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, Roots shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or financial damages arising from use of our services.
Roots reserves the right to suspend or terminate services where these Terms are breached or where conduct creates reputational or legal risk.

This Agreement applies to all partnerships, campaigns, collaborations, and introductions facilitated by Roots.
Clients, brands, creators, and associated parties agree not to bypass Roots to directly engage with parties introduced by Roots for a period of 24 months.
Any attempt to avoid commissions, fees, or facilitation involvement by Roots may result in legal action and recovery of damages.
All campaign details, pricing, creator information, negotiations, and business processes are confidential.
All agreed payments must be made within the invoice timeframe specified by Roots.
Overdue payments may incur:
